The learning subject should be concerned on history of social work and charity, in South-bohemian region especially, in particular in last 150 years. The learning deals with social, christian, political, club and fraternal Church activities and the regional work of friaries and congregations.

The learning subject should be concerned on history of social work and charity, in South-bohemian region especially, in particular in last 150 years. The learning deals with social, christian, political, club and fraternal Church activities and the regional work of friaries and congregations. The absolvent of this tutorial (learning subject) is able to concretize his own historical knowledge of general and Czech history, in social and charity area, on regional circumstances. He / She is able to find some connections or relationships between the current posture of social and charity work, and their historical development.

Prerequisites
|
The presumption, which is important for succesful absolutory of this subject, is competence of autonumous working with literature. Also the basic overview in Czech and general history is recommended. There are no learning prerequisities.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
Student is able to analyse the social and charity activities of Church(es) at South-bohemian region. At the end, the student is tested of this analyse. The exam implied broad survey in general and Czech history, predeterminated by high school education.
