Course content
Emphasis is placed on social aspect of faith, as it is in singular NT writings with their specific accents and themes. 1. Man in the New Testament. 2. Love to one's neighbour in the NT. 3. Neighbour according to the NT. 4. Social aspects in the Gospels I. 5. Social aspects in the Gospels II. 6. Social aspects in the Gospels III. 7. Social aspects in the Acts of the Apostles. 8. Social aspects in the Pauline letters and in the Pastoral epistles. 9. Social aspects in the "catholic" epistles.

Learning outcomes
The goal of the subject is to acquaint students with the basic New Testament attitudes to some social issues.
Student will be acquainted with the social problems of the NT and will be able to compare them with contemporary situation or legislation a to draw the corresponding conclusions.
Prerequisites
It is assumed that student is acquainted with the NT, i.e. he/she passed Introduction to the NT 1, 2 or corresponding subjects.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam

It is demanded 1) individual written elaboration of demanded themes and presentation; 2) general orientation in the treated themes
