Intruduction. Solidarity and ministry in Christian and non-Christian tradition. Solidarity and ministry in the context of soteriology. Faith and solidarity. Some contemporary theories.

Learning outcomes
|
The course aims to introduce students to the issue of diakonia as a Christian service in its various forms, to provide historical context, theological principles and basic theoretical paradigms of diakonia - based on them to learn to critically reflect the main problems of Christian diakonia and charity today.
The subject offers students both biblical and systematic fundaments for an understanding of ministry in Christian context.
