Course content
The selected OT texts represent the most known and most important texts of the Old Testament. Work with text (with textbook, with book)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is manyfold: - to make acquainted the students with basic OT texts and to read them - to learn how to read a (religious) text - to explain their message and importance for Christians - to be aware of the significance of the texts for European culture - to discuss the stimulation, which OT can offer to its reader
Student deepens his/her knowledge of Bible and meets the principal texts of OT.
Prerequisites
Is very good to have basic information about the Bible and its content. It is raccomanded to frequent the Course "Bible" (BIB or BBL)
