Course content
Introduction in the management of the organization. Assistance with the operation of the organization. Presentation of paper.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Written action (comprehensive tests, clauses), Monitoring, Work activities (workshops)
Learning outcomes
Acquisition of competencies in the fields of organization and management of school's or non-profit organizations. Students are actively involved in the organization of work, administrative activities, project management and fundraising.
Acquire the basic procedures for project management and fundraising.

Professional practice 1

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Interview, Self-reflection

Completion of the professional practice in the range of 80 hours per semester. Preparing a report from practice. Participate in the supervision seminars. Final valuation. Contract with institution.
