Course content
Students are involved into practical agricultural activities on experimental fields of Faculty of Agriculture of University of south Bohemia iun České Budějovice and in laboratories of department of agroecosystems or on farms of partners of faculty and department. Simultaneously with practice in agricultural activities, ennvironmental impacts of agriculture are included.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monitoring, Skills training, Work activities (workshops)
  • Field trip - 40 hours per semester
  • Preparation for classes - 5 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 8 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of subject is to introduce practical aspects of agricultural activities to the students and provide basic knowledge and experience with practical work in agriculture. Simultaneously, the environmental aspects of agricultural production are included.
After absolving of the subject students gains abilities to participate in practical agricultural activities and knowledge of farm practice.
Prerequisites
Theoretical knowledge of agriculture, health condition.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Systematic student observation, Seminar work

Absolving of one week of practice (40 hours).
