Knowledge of physicochemical theory of patterns of movement of ions, molecules and water in the soil environment. Knowledge of soil characteristics under different conditions and course of physico-chemical, chemical and biological processes in this environment. The subject matter is to use above mentioned subject in practical application in the sphere of soil science (various soil granularity, genetic soil types, various quality and quantity of soil colloids - mineral as well as organic, and with this connected grade of soil organic matter transformation), plant nutrition (various systems of fertilization and ways of farming on soil), agronomical practices (classical and soil-protective soil cultivation), water management-ecological problems (Protected Zone of Water Sources, ecological and alternative way of land use, plant production for infant and rational food).
