Course content
|
Sustainable development - terminology, content, basis dimension of sustainability, policy of sustainable development, sustainable farming in the rural countryside, agroecosystems, sustainable farming, farming systems executed on agricultural land, productive and non-productive functions of agriculture, instruments of susatainable development, indicators of evaluation and support of non-productive functions.

Learning outcomes
|
The subject aims to introduce the principles of sustainable development of human society to students.
After completing the courses, the student is eligible to participate in activities related to the sustainable development of the society.

Prerequisites
|
General knowledge of science subjects at high school and newly at ZFJU, botany, agriculture.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Combined exam, Seminar work
Exam requirements: elaboration and presentation of the seminar paper individually or in pairs, written test (80% of points - successful completion), analysis of incomplete or incorrect answers, oral exam
