Introduction to environmental law (subject, constitutional foundations, principles, sources, organization of public administration). Legal and economic instruments of environmental protection. Legal responsibility in the field of environmental protection. Environmental impact assessment of strategies and plans. Spatial planning in relation to environmental protection. Climate change regulation and air protection. Water protection legislation. Legal regulation of agricultural and forest land protection. Forest protection legislation. Basics of agricultural legislation. Biodiversity protection legislation. Legal regulation of keeping animals in human care. Environmental protection in mining law. Legislation on the management of special sources of danger to human health and the environment (waste, chemicals).
