- orchids, tillandsia, bromeliad, cactoo, succulents, carnivorous plants and others tropical plants - importance of water for plants, uptake, transport, transpiration, adaptations - cultivations substrates, composition, properties - importance of water for plants, uptake, transport, transpiration, adaptations - importance of light, spectral properties, intensity, sources of light - photosynthesis, light and dark reaction, conditions, influences - mineral nutritions, macro and micro elements, deficiency - cultivation in artificial conditions, specifics, greenhouses

Learning outcomes |
In relation with botany and plant physiology, the students will learn the basics of important groups collections plants growing.
Basic knowledge of representatives and cultivation of individual groups of collection plants, basic cultivation skills. |
