Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide a critical understanding, as well as theoretical knowledge of instrumental analytical chemistry. The course begins with a theoretical section, which treats the basics of instruments handling. The subsequent lectures are aimed at individual techniques: electroanalytical (potentiometry, ion selective electrodes, voltametry), spectroscopy (atomic, molecular) separation methods (chromatography, electrophoresis).
Ability to comunicate with istrumental analytical workplaces, to understand the instrumental results; ability to transformate knowledge of analytical chemistry to the school system; ability to apply knowledge in other chemical and related disciplines.
