Course content
Ethic dimension, connection and diference between technological category, and human goals and approach. Personal and institutional responsibility. Connection of science and practical use. Social and ecological endurableness of biotechnologies, fundamentalism and ideology. New order /2001ES and Czech act No 153/2000. The progress of international systém of monitoring of distribution from producent to consumer.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
  • Semestral paper - 25 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
To introduce students to law, control, and influence of biotechnologies on the man´s life quality.
Basic insight into the ethical, legal and ecological aspects of biotechnologies in man, animals and plants.
