Course content
Isolation of immature eggs in the embryonic sac stage and their cultivation to the metaphase II stage, isolation of ovulated eggs in the metaphase II stage, isolation of sperm and their preparation for fertilization, preparation of microinstruments for sperm injection. In vitro embryo production and further embryo manipulation. Oocyte culture, "in vitro" fertilization, nuclear transfer, embryo bisection, cryopreservation. General procedures for the preparation of culture and handling media, procedures for culturing, separating and isolating cells. Common staining procedures by immunofluorescence methods.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint doctoral students with the procedures listed below, not only theoretically, but also to enable them to partially master some basic techniques.
The student can independently navigate in the given issue and is able to use the acquired knowledge in their scientific activities or other practice.
Prerequisites
The student is familiar with the issues within the scope of university studies and is willing to study independently.
