Course content
1. Pheasantry and forestry 2. Hunting facilities 3. Legislation on hunting, weapons and ammunition, nature and landscape protection, animal cruelty and veterinary legislation 4. Hunting weapons, ammunition, aids and equipment and rules on their use 5. Safety measures 6. Hunting, hunting rules, hunting methods including falconry 7. Hunting customs and hunting language 8. Rights and duties of the gamekeeper 9. Rights and duties of game wardens 10. Creation and use of hunting grounds, hunting association 11. Determination of the quality classes of hunting grounds, determination of minimum and standard game numbers 12. Hunting management plans 13. Keeping hunting records and statistics 14. Rearing of game in breeding areas

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enable students to obtain a higher professional hunting examination according to §58 paragraph 3, Act No. 449/2001 Coll., On hunting, as amended. To acquaint them with the individual professional areas that make up hunting so that they acquire a qualification for solving issues in the field of game management and the exercise of hunting law.

Prerequisite is passing the subject Hunting 1.
