1 -12 - Lecture with an expert from Practice.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)
  • Preparation for classes - 44 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the help of lectures by experts from practice with real examples in the field of business in the food industry.
The student expands information from the field on practical cases of business.
