Course content
|
During of practice student will become acquainted with the focus of the company, with the management and organizational structure of the company, as far as possible with the economic results of operations and with the position of the company in the agro-food complex.

Learning outcomes
|
The main goal of the course is introduce students to performing of functions for which they are prepared at the faculty by studying, in terms of specific organizations. The goal is to involve students in the practical solutions of specific issues and allow them to discuss with leading experts in the field. Completion of practice leads a student to verify the possibility of applying the acquired knowledge by studying for solving specific operational situations, when is student supervised by workers of the organization in which the practice is carried out.
Completion of subject Fundamentals of agricultural technology required.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Interview, Seminar work
A student must take the minimal number of 160 hours of praxis, while the praxis does not have to be done continually, it can be done on Saturdays and Sundays. The praxis can be run for more than one subject. For that, more "Contracts about praxis" and "Evidences of praxis" must be worked up. To get the credits, the student must put forward: 1. Filled and approved "Evidence of the praxis" with evaluation of the praxis provided by a supervising worker who led and organised the praxis. 2. Filled "Contract about praxis" 3. Evaluation of the praxis, at the evidence-of-praxis document, provided by the student
