Course content
|
The content of the course is to improve presentation skills of students, use of English at a professional level in the form of conversation and presentation of current scientific knowledge. The course assumes the involvement of current foreign Ph.D. students in teaching.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to improve the daily use of the English language, especially in the scientific environment in the form of conversation on current professional topics and their presentation, including a discussion of the scientific and formal aspects of research.
The student should be able to work independently with professional text and data, and will strengthen the ability to have conversations on professional topics in English.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge of the English language at the conversational level is assumed.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Analysis of student's language skills
Active participation in seminars, elaboration of seminar work.
