The goal of the subject is to support the professional competences and develop the students` competences to pursue leading posts in relevant types of institutions and organizations in the area of social work using the example of good practice and their own experience. Achieved competences Students will know the principles of evidence-based management, including its application. They are oriented at the legislation relating to the organization management both in the area of legal form and in the area of the target group of the organization. Students are capable of critical thinking in the context of evidence-based management and of creative approaches to the process mechanisms of the relevant organization, they can apply the methods and techniques of evidence-based management in organizations of social work and can effectively develop the communication with the key stakeholders.
