Socialization, its factors, culture, and the formative effect. 3. Social psychology of personality, five-factor Big Five model, interpersonal personality traits and their structure. 4. Self as an object of self-reflection, self-system, self-concept. 5. Attitudes, structure and organization of attitudes. Attitude formation and attitude change. 6. Social motivation, basic motivational factors. 7. Social cognition, interpersonal perception, attribution tendencies. 8. Social intelligence, social competence. 9. Social communication, verbal and nonverbal communication, communication styles. 10. Prosocial behaviour, altruism, affiliation, social exchange, empathy. 11. Assertiveness and hostility as a social problem, causes and factors of aggressive behaviour. 12. Social conflicts, sources of conflicts, ways of solving conflict situations. 13. Small social groups, dynamics of social groups, social position. 14. Group conformism, factors influencing conformity. Seminars: The seminars facilitate the transmission of theoretical knowledge to the profession of social workers, and train the solving of case studies and model situations. 1.
