Lectures 1. Molecular biophysics - structure and properties of molecules (2nd line) 2. Properties of dispersed systems (2 lectures) 3. Biopolymers (3 lectures) 4. Bioenergetics - thermodynamic basics (3 lectures) 5. Biocybernetics - cybernetic systems, principles of information theory, control and regulation (2 lectures) 6. Physical properties of molecules that are applied in cell interactions with the environment, both with non-living components and with other cells (2 lectures) Seminars: 1.- 2. Internal energy, enthalpy, thermodynamic laws Entropy and theory of information 5.- 6. Gibbs energy, chemical potential 7.- 8. Chemical equilibrium, stationary state 9.-10. Properties of solutions, osmotic pressure 11-12. Fundamentals of electrochemistry, electrical phenomena on membranes 13-14. Structure of electron packaging, properties and structure of molecules
