Course content
Training - 1. WS 1. Editing bachelor/diploma thesis - basic rules, format, structure of the thesis (page format, format of paragraphs and headings). 2. Editing bachelor/diploma thesis - definition of styles, links, content generation. 3. Citation standards and their use in scientific work. 4. MS Excel - creation and editing of tables, styles, format. 5. MS Excel - definition of formulas. 6. MS Excel - definition of functions. 7. MS Excel - import and export of user data. 8. MS Excel - creation and editing of graphs, styles, format. 9. MS Excel - work with data, filtering and sorting data. 10. Digitization of documents in healthcare. 11. Google tools - GoogleDisk, GoogleDoc, GoogleBooks. 12. Google tools - creating an online electronic questionnaire for data collection. 13. Basics of database, database structure, data formats, database queries. 14. Credit.

Aims of the course: - Orientation in the use of information systems in health care. - Mastering information technology at the user level. - Using information systems in medical facilities. - Getting acquainted with basic statistical methods - Independently using basic statistical methods and procedures
Acquired competence: - The student is able to make maximum use of modern information and communication technologies in his or her further studies and future profession. - The student has the ability to handle information technology at the user level. - The student is familiar with the use of information systems in health care. - The student is able to use information systems in medical facilities. - The student is able to formulate a statistical survey. - The student is familiar with statistical data analysis and testing statistical hypotheses.
