Course content
Lectures: 1. Anatomy and physiology of reproductive organs 2. Examination methods in gynecology and obstetrics 3. The menstrual cycle of a woman and its disorders 4. Education about family planning and contraception 5. Preventive care for healthy girls and women in the primary care system 6. Female sexual behavior and its disorders 7. Congenital developmental defects, irregular positions of internal genitals 8. Pediatric gynecology 9. Fertility disorders, assisted reproduction 10. Inflammation and endometriosis 11. Sexually transmitted diseases 12. NPB in gynecology and obstetrics 13. Precancers and tumors 14. Surgical treatment in gynecology 15. Diagnosis of pregnancy and care of a pregnant woman 16. Risk pregnancy and pathology in pregnancy 17. Care of a woman during childbirth 18. Care of a woman in puerperium Seminar: 1. Nursing care of girls and women during gynecological examination 2. Nursing care of a woman with a menstrual disorder and in menopause 3. - 4. Education of girls and women in matters of family planning, contraception and preventive care in gynecology 5th - 6th Nursing care in pediatric gynecology, for girls with congenital developmental defects and parental irregularities 7. Nursing care for girls and women with inflammatory gynecological diseases and gynecological pain 8. Nursing care of girls and women with sexually transmitted diseases 9. Nursing care for girls and women with NPB in gynecology and obstetrics 10. Nursing care of girls and women with precancers and tumors 11. -12. Learning outcomes
to acquaint students with the care of a woman's health according to age, health status of reproductive organs and gynecological diseases to acquaint students with the differences in the individual needs of women and their satisfaction according to age, including a healthy sex life to acquaint students with the differences of multidisciplinary care in the field of primary, secondary and tertiary health care
the student will describe the anatomy of the female external and internal genital organs the student explains the menstrual cycle of a woman the student defines the periods of a woman's life and their disorders the student lists the examination methods used in gynecology and obstetrics the student adequately uses the basic terminology used in gynecology and obstetrics the student characterizes individual diseases in gynecology, their examination methods and treatment the student will describe the onset of pregnancy the student defines care for a pregnant woman, mother and child
