Lectures: 1. Education. 2. Educational methods. 3. Didactic techniques, the use of teaching aids. 4. Educational methods - verbal, illustrative, demonstration. 5. Possibilities of creating educational programmes. Educational programs. Organization of educational practice. 6. Social relations. Children's play - its characteristics and classification. 7. Game as an educational tool. The importance of games for child development. 8. Upbringing of children in a medical facility - requirements for sanitary, material, technical and organizational provision. 9. A child with specific needs. Raising a child with disabilities. 10. Education of children with physical disabilities. Hospitalization of children with disabilities. Seminars: 1. (2 hours) Assessment of the abilities and skills of children. Needs of hospitalized children. 3. (2 hours) Adaptation of children to hospital - medical institutional environment. 4. (2 hours) Demonstration of the use of didactic aids in the education of hospitalized children (model situations). 5. (2 hours) Toy use in the educational process. 6. (2 hours) Preparation of children for examination - model situations.

" The student will become acquainted with the pedagogical principles and organization of education of children hospitalized in different types of health care facilities. Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance assessment
90% attendance in seminars, completion of constituent tasks, involvement in seminar activities. The student will create an educational programme according to the assignment.
