Tutorials: 1. Basic training of the obedience, principles of tracking 2. Principles of defence, principles of rescue training 3. Practical differences in rescue works (different field conditions, ruins, avalanches, water), different requirements for rescue examination orders 4. The rescue dog qualification, the dog instructor qualification, performance classes) 5. Training and its planning, training procedures 6. Obstacles employed in accordance with examination orders, dog and instructor equipment 7. Bases for general and rescue training, elements making works of SAR teams harder 8. Practical interventions in one´s own country and in abroad 9. Practical knowledge, specialization of individuals 10.Cadaver - searching for dead persons, top training of rescue dogs

Learning outcomes
|
The subject is aimed at principles of practical training of rescue dogs and at differences in rescue works under different field conditions. It acquaints students with planning of training programmes and orders for examinations of rescue dogs.
The student knows principles of cynology in our country as well as in the world. He/she knows the appropriate upbringing and training of the rescue dog. He/she knows training methods and directions. He/she knows testing orders designed for the training of rescue dogs.
