Course content
Lectures I (2 lessons): 1. - 3. Definition of the concept of economic measures for crisis situations, history of development, basic terms and categories. 4. Legislative support of the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 5. Place and role of economic measures for crisis situations in the security system of the Czech Republic. 6. Emergency economy system. 7. System of economic mobilization. 8. Use of state material reserves. 9. Construction and maintenance of the necessary infrastructure to prepare and adopt economic measures for crisis situations. 10. Scope of the Administration of State Material Reserves in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 11. Competence of the government of the Czech Republic in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 12. Competence of selected ministries in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 13. Competence of the Czech National Bank in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 14. Competence of bodies of self-governing units in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. Seminars I (1 lesson): 1. - 3. Active examination of knowledge of concepts, measures and categories of the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 4. Active examination of knowledge of legislative and non-legislative supports in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 5. Active review of the Security Strategy of the Czech Republic, the Defense Strategy of the Czech Republic, the European Security Strategy and the Strategic Concept of NATO. 6. Active examination of knowledge about material resources owned by legal entities and entrepreneurial natural persons usable for solving crisis situations. 7. Active examination of knowledge about the necessary material resources for the armed forces and armed security forces and their provision. 8. Active examination of the creation of material resources necessary for solving crisis situations, which cannot be secured by entrepreneurs and for which the state is responsible. 9. Active examination of knowledge of material resources that have an infrastructural character and are necessary for the preparation and adoption of economic measures for crisis situations. 10. Written work on basic questions from the lectured topic. 11. Active examination and practice of knowledge about the scope of the Administration of State Material Reserves and the Government of the Czech Republic. 12. Active examination and practice of knowledge about the competence of selected ministries of the Czech Republic. 13. Active examination and practice of knowledge about the competence of the Czech National Bank. 14. Active examination and practice of knowledge about the bodies of self-governing units, evaluation of written work and awarding of credit.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to become familiar with the theory and practice of crisis management as a comprehensive set of proven approaches, opinions, tools, experience, recommendations and methods for managing managerial functions in crisis resolution with a focus on economic policy in ensuring state security and its implementation in the field of economic security, civil emergency planning and economic measures for crisis situations in the segments of the emergency economy, economic mobilization, regulatory measures, state material reserves and state infrastructure for managing crisis situations.
The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of administrative activities in the preparation and implementation of economic measures for crisis situations in his future daily practice.

Assessment methods and criteria

Completion of control written papers (in WS, a written paper on 11 basic questions from the presented topic, in SS, a seminar paper on at least 4 pages of A4 on the topic Regulatory measures in the field of economic measures for crisis situations). To be awarded credit, it is necessary to complete 80% of the seminars. To pass the exam, it is necessary to obtain credit and accept the results of written control papers processed during the semesters. Verification of the study result is an oral exam.
