Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with legislation in the field of state security, especially with constitutional legislation, with legislation in the field of international treaties, legal legislation focused on the armed forces, armed security forces, rescue teams and emergency services and other entities that result from the relevant legislation tasks in the field of state security.
Students will orient themselves in the legal regulation of state security, they will know the system of individual entities interested in state security, they will know their powers and scope and their mutual relations. They will orientate themselves in the international obligations of the Czech Republic regarding the security of the state. When dealing with specific security threats, they will be able to identify entities that are obliged to take measures to avert them.
