Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the methods and techniques of social work with immigrants, asylum seekers and their children (with regard to the differentiation of this target group); it is also to teach them to use specific techniques designed for the implementation of methods (through "role play", solving case studies, case studies, etc.). The acquired knowledge and skills expand the competencies of future social workers in the field of integration in the Czech Republic.
Students will be able to use techniques of social work and thus implement individual methods with an awareness of the possibility of integration of individuals - thus helping the growth of foreigners in a democratic society in the Czech Republic.
