Key learning outcomes The single-subject master studies will provide the graduates with practical language and communicative skills according to the level of C2 of the Common European Framework for Languages. The graduates will be able of orientation in relevant linguistic theories of the 20th century; they will be acquainted with modern methods of corpus linguistics and its possible usage in contrastive studies of professional language. Students will be also provided with a necessary basic outline of the development of the Romance literatures and they will have chance to widen their literary knowledge of the initial developmental phases of the Italian literature and the history of translation and historical and contemporary reception of the Italian literature in the Czech cultural background.
