| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the study programme is to prepare a university-qualified professional worker, health and social worker, who is entitled to provide professional health and social work, care and services in health care facilities and social services to patients/clients across all age categories, without professional supervision in accordance with Act No.96/2004 Coll., as amended. Another aim of the study is also to prepare qualified professionals for the field of social work - social workers in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended. An essential part of the training is supervised professional practice of 1000 hours, which the student will gain in a wide network of health and social services. Graduates of the bachelor's degree programme are qualified social workers or health and social workers in state, private, church and non-state non-profit organisations that deal with individuals, families or groups in difficult life situations. Graduates will be prepared to competently plan, make decisions, manage and be responsible for the implementation of all phases of social and health-social work, care and service at all levels of the social and health-social system. They will also be prepared for lifelong active professional learning in the field of social work and health and social care. | ||||
