Key learning outcomes Master's degree Applied Informatics is designed in such a way that the study program provides students with both a sufficiently extensive theoretical basis and an appropriate level of additional practical knowledge and skills. Within the chosen type of study program, however, emphasis is placed on teaching to be focused mainly on general principles and understanding of theoretical foundations, not only on the use of specific technologies and procedures. Within the study program, two specializations, Business Informatics and Software Engineering, are defined, which are based on a common basis and whose aim is to enable students to have a narrower profile in accordance with their professional preferences.
