Key learning outcomes The bachelor's degree will equip graduates with knowledge and skills for their application in the field of land consolidaiton or. landscape design with the simultaneous settlement of property rights and in the field of property valuation and management. The advantage of graduates is a deeper profile in the form of general, theoretical and professional knowledge and skills with a focus on design activities in accordance with agri-environmental use of the landscape. To increase the employability of graduates both general subjects that meet the social requirements for university graduates, especially related to computer literacy and language skills, social and communication skills, the ability to work independently, actively develop their professional and other aspects of personality at the current high level self-motivation, as well as subjects of professional specialization corresponding to the qualification needs for the employment of graduates are included. Professional and special knowledge and skills can be divided into four interconnected areas, which correspond to the needs and goals of the graduate: 1. Land consolidation; 2. Law; 3. Geodesy in the cadastre; 4. Property management and real estate transfers.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples Within his profession, the graduate should be able to solve problems comprehensively on the basis of the assignment. The graduate should acquire knowledge of a wide range of theories and methods needed for work in landscape planning and should be able to further acquire professional knowledge, skills and competences through independent study.
