Key learning outcomes The bachelor's study program Agricultural Biotechnology is focused on biotechnological methods and procedures used in agriculture. Attention is paid to basic theoretical subjects, agricultural and biotechnologically oriented subjects. Attention is also paid to methods of statistical data evaluation and language preparation. An integral part of the study is the practice in molecular and biotechnology laboratories. Emphasis is placed not only on theoretical preparation, but also on practical mastery of laboratory techniques and independent work of students. Graduates will apply their knowledge and practical experience in the analysis of genes and genomes of animals and plants, diagnosis of diseases in specialized workplaces, the use of molecular techniques and tissue cultures in plant breeding, phytosanitary.
