Key learning outcomes The goal of the Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a focus on secondary school education is to provide a quality education in all the basic chemistry disciplines so that the student can master study concurrently with the study of another endorsement subject. The Bachelor of Science in Chemistry programme for secondary school education is designed to provide students with both a sufficiently broad theoretical foundation as well as an adequate degree of additional practical, psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills for successful work in the education sector with professional focus on teaching chemistry. The graduate is profiled to enter the follow-up Master's degree in chemistry teaching for secondary schools.
