Key learning outcomes
|
The aim of the consecutive master's study program is to prepare and motivate students for the profession of a secondary school teacher and to develop during their studies their subject-related, subject-didactic, pedagogical-psychological, and personal-social competencies required for fulfilling the role of a secondary school teacher. Within the consecutive master's study program, emphasis will be placed on the development of subject-related competencies, realized within the specializations of a humanities, artistic, or scientific foundation. Another part of the study is the deepening of knowledge in subject didactics and general pedagogy and psychology, with a focus on secondary school practice. An integral part of the study is also the teaching practice. The chosen credit allocation representing the study's demands corresponds to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT) standards for the regulated profession of a secondary school teacher.
