| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the follow-up master's program is to prepare and motivate students for the profession of a teacher at the lower secondary level of elementary school and to develop during their studies their subject-specific, subject-didactic, pedagogical-psychological, and personal-social competences required for performing the teacher profession. Within the follow-up master's program, emphasis will be placed on the development of subject competences, carried out within specializations in the humanities, arts, or natural sciences. Another part of the program is the deepening of knowledge in subject didactics and general pedagogy and psychology, with a focus on the practice of lower secondary education. An integral part of the program is reflective pedagogical practice. The chosen credit representation of the study workload corresponds to the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MŠMT) standards for the regulated profession of a lower secondary school teacher. | ||||
