1. Definition of personality, structure of personality 2. Temperament and character 3. Abilities, intelligence, emotional intelligence 4. Trait approaches 5. Behaviorismus 6. Psychodynamic approaches and individual psychology 7. Humanistic approaches + self-systém 8. Constructivist approaches, cognitive styles 9. Stress, coping, resilience

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work activities (workshops), Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Introduction to personality psychology - theories, basic concepts and methodological approaches. . personality assessment. Main theories of personality.
The student knows psychological approaches to personality and its development, understands the main personality theories.
