Course content
|
The course acquaints students with the measures necessary for the planning and implementation of social farming, provides information on the introduction of social farming at farm level, social farm design, implementation of social farming activities in agricultural operations in various farming systems, planning the practical involvement of individual target groups of social farming in crop and animal production, definition of suitable activities for clients of individual target groups and their placement in the farm environment, adjustment of the farm environment in relation to the needs of target groups, organization of client care, logistics within the social farm and related activities, financial management of the social farm, legislative aspects of social agriculture, connection of social agriculture with other production and non-production activities, labeling of products of social agriculture and marketing of production of social agriculture and its economic sustainability.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to obtain theoretical and methodological foundations for the preparation and projection of social agriculture and its implementation in agricultural practice.
After completing the course, the student is acquainted with the principles of designing social farms and is able to propose measures to create an environment for the implementation of social agriculture within the farm.

Prerequisites
|
Basic knowledge of sustainable farming, social farming and non-productive functions of agriculture.
