Course content
Students will get acquainted with the practical side of operation in the workplace (zoological, botanical gardens, veterinary workplaces, laboratories, plant growing plants, companies engaged in breeding and distribution of aquarium fish, nature conservation work, care of reservations, etc.), including adequate physical work directly related to workplace focus. A necessary part is also a detailed acquaintance with the principles of work safety at the workplace, including the specifics of this issue in individual work sections. Students prepare a report on the course of practice.

  • Class attendance - 80 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
KBD resp. BOZO has two during the bachelor's study (KBD / PRPR and KBD / PROD) and one internship in the master's degree (KBD / PRODN). For all these internships there is a course PRACTICE BOZO on e-learning (under KBD), where students can find where and when to pick up an internship contract and a certificate of practice evaluation, how to keep a practice diary (with a sample), institutions where they can go to practice and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Assessment methods and criteria
Development of laboratory protocols

Completion of practice (2 weeks. 80 hours) and practice diary.
