Course content
|
Keeping and breeding various plants and animals is not an easy task. Many species require special conditions without which it is not possible to reproduce them successfuly. The students will be introduced to the basic methods of growing plants (greenhouses, tissue cultures) and keeping and breeding animals (aquariums, terrariums, paludariums, bird cages etc.)

Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with technical equipment needed for plant nurseries and animal keeping facilities.
