Course content

Content of lectures: Introduction to legal science. Czech Constitution and its environmetal aspects. The basical definition of Czech environmental law. Administrative proceedings, land use rules. Nature, countyside and law. Forestry and hunting laws Agro - environmental laws (including GMO´s regulations).Water , waste and air protectoin laws. IPPC. Short introduction to international and European environmetal legislation Content of practices: Presentation and analyses of indivdual legal cases

Learning outcomes
|
The introduction to the Czech enviromental law concentrated to all basic legal definition, principles and aplications which can be useful for students in their future praxis namely in enviromnenntal administration or management.
