Course content
1. Organism and relationships with the environment 2. Environmental factors (classification, law of the minimum, limiting factor, ecological valence). Environmental resources. 3. Environmental conditions and its impact to organism. 4. Population ecology. 5. Relationships (classification). Intraspecific relationships. 6. Interspecific relationships. 7. Biocenosis (basic characteristics, diversity, structure, types, ecotons). 8. Biocenosis dynamics, changes in time. 9. Ecosystems (structure and function, production, energy circulation). 10. Matter circulation (O, C, N, P, S, Fe). 11. Ecosystem types (limnical and terrestrial ecosystems, biomes)

Learning outcomes
Field ecology course is oriented on different terestric and aquatic biotopes, on methodology of ecology research, bioindication, phenology aspects of ecosystems.
The students will get the necessary practical skills usable in the didactical system of education in science and in environmental education.

Protocols from field course. Students will elaborate (according to their knowledge) scheme of food relationships in the visited habitat.
