Learning outcomes
Students will acquire basic competences for the teaching of science disciplines in the environment of school gardens. This course provides students with the basics of necessary knowledge, skills and habits for their further professional activities in the field of garden pedagogy. This course takes place mainly in the educational garden of the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
The student will acquire the skills for using of the school garden in pedagogical practice and an overview of the possibilities for using of the school garden within the interdisciplinary relations.

Student performance assessment

The student is prepared to put a garden pedagogy into the practice at basic school.
