Course content

Content of practices: Physical theory of microscopy; types of microscopes. Parts of optical microscope; use of optical microscope. Features of objects observed with microscope; specimen preparation. Documentation of studied objects. Measuring and counting studied objects. Linking biological and chemical methods - visit to a molecular laboratory.
