Field trip to broader surroundings of the field station. Odd years: area around Mohelno, the valleys of the Jihlava and Oslava rivers and the hills between them. Even years: area around Křivoklát, the valley of Berounka river and the hills around. On the excursion, students get to know the local landscape, organisms and their ecological interactions. During the excursions, students collect field data which they process and present upon their return. The focus of the course (teachers, projects) is generally ecological with representation of botany and zoology (usually ornithology and/or entomology). The excursion runs concurrently with the Czech version of KBO/192, the teaching is bilingual in the odd years.
