Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Skills training, Laboratory
  • Preparation for classes - 15 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 15 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Laboratory practices of analytical chemistry was constituted as a continuation of Analytical chemistry lecture. Practical training is focused on classical analytical chemistry method (qualitative analysis, gravimetric and volumetric determinations). The subject also includes some of the most common instrumental analytical methods (potentiometry, conductometry, spectrophotometry).
Ability to understand praktical aspects of chemical and instrumental methods and to solve analytical problems.
Prerequisites
Theory of analytical chemistry

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Analysis of student's work activities (technical works), Systematic student observation, Test, Development of laboratory protocols

Theoretical knowledge of basic and instrumental analytical techniques.
