Course content
1. Basically concepts: services of social work, culture of the institution, dilemma in the work with client like the part of culture of the institution 2. Theoretical access to reflection of work with the clients. Good command of disparateness condition. 3. Authority of manager and professionals in the organization. Collective unconscious. 4. The dilemma in the work wit client: Comprehensive or non-comprehensive aims. Quantity of clients, or quality of social work. 5. The dilemma in the work wit client: Neutrality or preferences. Symmetry, or non symmetry work with the client. 6. The dilemma in the work wit client: Procedural or situate work with client. Material, or nonmaterial help. Intervention, or non intervention. 7. and 8. First consultation of case study - The chosen dilemma in the culture of chosen institution, offered the social services. 9. The dilemma in the work wit client: Public, or fragmentary aim. Immediate, or mediate possibilities of the resolution of the aims. 10. The dilemma in the work wit client: Resolution of the case, or change of the communities. Change of the client, or change of the neighborhood. 11. Institution like the place of creating of the dilemma, which has own ethics and psychological dimension. 12. and 13. Second consultation of the case study - The chosen dilemma in the culture of chosen institution, offered the social services in ethics and psychological contiguous. 14. Presentation of the case study.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquire the ability to perceive, articulate and self-reflect dilemmas in the workplace providing social services. Subject with its content and focus will capitalize on the one hand potential students practical experience combined studies (mainly social workers) and on the other full-time students to apply critical theory, practice usually unchanged, look. For some dilemmas will students take notice of ethical and psychological dimensions.
The absolvent of the subject will be able to analyse and found dilemmatical situations in the institutions, offered social services in ethics and psychological contiguous.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay, Colloquium

Based on the given literature student prepares a case study on "Selected dilemma in providing workplace culture selected soc. services ". The first version of the study sent to the teacher in a given time (approximately 3 weeks from the award). After the e-consultation presents case study on the seminar where the group discussed and reflected. Reflection and discussion will focus on awareness and the formulation of a dilemma. In the following period (approximately 3 weeks) send a second (supplemented) version of the study which describes the potential ethical and psychological context, or consequences of this situation to work with the client, or to the environment of the organization. The second version is after electronic consultation presented on the seminar, reflection and discussion time focused on the ethical and psychological moments of each particular dilemma. The last step is to describe the possibility of using the studied ethical and psychological theories to solve the dilemma. Compulsory seminars both case, the terms are listed in the alternatives so that each alternative was represented by students of both forms.
