Course content
1. non profit sector, definition, legal forms of the non profit organizations 2. non profit organizations the mission, goals and their hierarchy 3. the strategy of the non profit organizations 4. the strategic analysis of the non profit organizations 5. the assets and resources structure in the non profit organizations 6. the cost, revenues and profit the models of the cost 7. the methods of the investment evaluation in the non profit organizations 8. the economy specificities in the non profit organizations 9. the analysis of the efficiency in the non profit organizations 10. The economy of human resors in the non profit organization (the voluntary work and their importace)

Learning outcomes
The subject is focused to the non profit organizations. They are explained from point of view of the performing activities. The students are acquainted with the creation, fundraising methods, internal and external communication, efficiency measurement in different forms of the non profit organizations. The substance and importace of the voluntary wok is explained too.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to participate in different activities of the non profit organization. They can be used above all for performing of the economic activities: the application of the economic management (fundraising methods, cash flow, financial planning, efficiency measurement).
