Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce students to the issue of diakonia as a Christian service in its various forms, to provide historical context, theological principles and basic theoretical paradigms of diakonia - based on them to learn to critically reflect the main problems of Christian diakonia and charity today.
The subject acquaints students with the conception of ministery in christian context. It gives them both biblical and systematic foundations, historical overview and basic knowledge of contemporary situation.
Prerequisites
There are no special presumptions, the subject is concepted as the introduction in the topic.
