Employment policy - the definition of the unemployed, the labor market and its segmentation - passive employment policy - active employment policy - Typology of behavior of long-term unemployed, impacts of unemployment on individuals 4. Learning outcomes
|
Cílem předmětu je mezioborovým přístupem (zejména, sociologie, ekonomie, práva) vymezení sociální politiky jako vědního oboru a též jako praktické činnosti. Pozornost je věnována genezi sociální politiky, jejím cílům, principům, funkcím a nástrojům. Studentům budou objasněna základní východiska, přístupy a aktivity sociálního státu včetně "krize sociálního státu" s odkazem na redistributivní aktivitu státu a zajištění minimální úrovně sociální ochrany. Předmět akcentuje také dílčí oblasti sociální politiky: sociálního zabezpečení, zdravotní, rodinné, bytové, vzdělávací a politiku zaměstnanosti jako nedílné součásti politiky sociálního státu. V rámci jednotlivých svébytných politik se posluchači seznámí se základními cíli, charakteristikami a možným využitím nástrojů s důrazem na budoucí vývoj zmíněných politik v České republice. V aplikační části výuky je věnována pozornost jednotlivým sociálním událostem v kontextu dílčích sociálních politik.

The subject is taught in context with the knowledge gained in subject related to Social Work Methods, Law for Social Work and Sociology.
