Course content
Lectures: 1 - Motivation, Stimulation. 2 - social climate of an enterprise, employee development and satisfaction. Qualitive and quantitative analysis of jobs. 3 - job evaluation, criteria evaluation 4 - systems of job evaluation 5 - evaluation of employee 6 - job standardization 7 - wage funds 8 - systems of remuneration with differentiation rate of jobs 9 - single wage incentive 10 - employee benefits , system cafeteria. 11 - remuneration in business sector 12 - remuneration in public sector Seminars: 1 - Motivation, Stimulation. 2 - systems of job evaluation and evaluation of employee 3 - wage funds 4 - new wage funds 5 - single wage incentive and employee benefits 6 - remuneration in business sector

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
The aim of this subject is to provide theoretic basis about creation wage system in contrete firm. Next part deal with remuneration in business sector and in public sector
Students understand the basic principles of wage systems and remuneration in business and public sector
Prerequisites
There is no prerequisite for the course of Wage Systems (MZDS).

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined exam, Seminar work

Credit Requirements: Active participation in seminars. Examination Requirements: Students prove knowledge of wage systems. Written tests and oral part of exam.
